Philip Kotler comes to Vietnam

Philip Kotler, the world’s leading strategic marketer, will preside at an international marketing conference to be held in Ho Chi Minh city tomorrow.

More than 700 leading enterprises from Vietnam and regional countries will be represented by their chief executive officers (CEOs) and chief marketing officers (CMOs) at the “New Marketing for New Age” conference, to be held at district 1’s Sheraton Hotel in downtown.

Chairman of the World Marketing Association Hermawan Kartajaya will also speak at the convention.

Dr. Kotler developed the highly influential concept and theory behind social marketing and wrote one of the world’s leading marketing “how-to” books, Marketing Management.

The Financial times selected Kotler as the number four management guru of all time behind Jack Welch, Bill Gates, and Peter Drucker.
